Jewelry assembly & stone setting

Expert assembly and microscopic stone-setting accuracy for secure, aligned and brilliant results.

Craftsperson setting stones in a ring by hand

Overview

Assembly & stone setting

After casting, components are cleaned up, fitted and assembled by hand. Our setters then place each stone under magnification so it sits securely, aligned and level.

The same care applies to a single prototype and to a production run, so finished pieces look consistent across an entire order.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does Phoenix set stones on pieces it casts?

Yes. Stone setting is part of Phoenix's in-house process, so a design can move from casting to setting to finishing in one facility.

Can Phoenix handle stone setting for production runs?

Yes. Phoenix works from one prototype to small batches and high-volume series, applying the same setting standard to every piece.

How do you make sure stones are secure?

Each setting is placed under magnification and then checked for security and alignment, and again during final quality control.
