Finished diamond ring under quality inspection

Overview

Quality control

Quality control is the last step of every Phoenix project. Each piece is reviewed against the approved sample before it leaves our hands.

Because casting, setting and finishing happen under one roof, issues are caught and corrected in-house instead of being passed between suppliers.

Questions, answered.

What does Phoenix check during quality control?

Prongs and settings, symmetry, polish, finish and structural integrity are checked on every piece before it leaves the facility.

It goes back to the bench for correction. Because every step happens in one facility, fixes are made in-house.

Each piece is reviewed before it leaves our hands.
